Based on the standard European system of the 30cm-grid panel the new Rioform  wall formwork system offers 100% compatibility with some widely used European wall formwork systems while offering higher strength and durability.

Frame:

The Rioform panel is built to be more durable and robust than other wall formwork systems in the market. 2.75mm thick steel outer profiles are standard on all panels while the main load bearing box sections in the large panels are manufactured using 5.75mm thick steel .  

Finish:

Standard frames are finished in high quality powder coating, providing superior protection and longer life.  Hot-dipped galvanised frames are also available on request.  

Formlining:

Rioform panels are available with the following formlining options:  High quality birch plywood with a film coating of 220 g/m2 of phenolic resin.  Plastic coated high quality Birch plywood.  Plastic/ aluminium composite Formlining.  Basic Frame with no formlining- fit the formlining of your own choice.  

Compatibility:

Rioform panels use the standard tie hole and connection hole positions as other formwork manufacturers. Together with this, the Rioform panel uses a specially designed outer profile which allows you to use your existing couplers and accessories.

Accessories:

A full range of accessories are available for the Rioform system including alignment couplers and 85cm walers which are also 100% compatible.
